Conrad Los Angeles

A 20 minute drive from the venue. A 100 year old former fire house turned boutique hotel located in LA's Arts District.

Please note, check-in is done through your smartphone. Your digital room key will be delivered to and stored in your Apple or Google Wallet. For the tech savvy or those who'd prefer a contactless stay.

Want to walk to the venue? This is an 11 minute stroll, or 4 minute drive. Very convenient.

USC Hotel

Travel

This was Camille's second choice of venue. Please note, tickets are timed and free reservations are required on weekends and holidays.

Aquarium of the Pacific

Public access is limited to the lobby and first floor as this is an active office space. It is free to enter. Visiting hours on weekdays are from 9am-5pm, and weekends are from 10am-2pm.

Bradbury Building

Our favorite sandwich spot. We recommend the Muffuletta, Chicken Salad, Ham and Butter, and Calabrian Turkey with bacon. There's also a new Manhattan Beach location we've yet to try.

Bread Head

One of Camille's mother's favorite churches. Attend mass on Sunday: 8am, 10am, 1230pm (in Spanish), or Monday - Friday: 7am or 1210pm.

Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels

Try to get there right at open. There is always a wait. Please get the roti and yellow curry. The Khao Soi and Crying Tiger are great too.

Chiang Rai

This is where our story started. We like trying their seasonal items.

CoffeeDrunk

We highly recommend the Alfajor de Nuez, Nixtamal Queen, Chori Bun, and Medialuna Sandwich. Prepare to wait in line--it is worth it. Get here early as they do sell out.

Gusto Bread

Long Beach's first Michelin starred restaurant. They've been awarded a green star as well. You won't regret adding the caviar bump to your meal.

Heritage

Pronounced "hole-bosh." 1-Star Michelin rated food at approachable prices. Only a 4 minute drive from the venue with plentiful parking in their lot. We highly recommend the smoked kanpachi taco and scallop aguachile.

Get the cannolis.

Mickey’s Italian Delicatessen & Liquor Store

Cash only. Take-out only. The pick-up window is around back. It's best to call and place an order. They consistently sell out. If you're not a fan of raw fish, this might be the place for you, as all of their fish is cooked. We recommend the Mixed Box with a few pieces of California Roll. If you don't love strong flavors, skip the Saba.

Sakae Sushi

Shlap Muan (Slap Moo-ahn) has the BEST wings we've ever had. The Dirty Elvis are a MUST. If you're a fan of lemon pepper, or prefer a dry rub, Cambodian Dirt is also excellent. Note, the wings are wok fried and best eaten immediately.

A hole in the wall. You can't go wrong with the basics: Pad See Ew, Chicken Satay, and Pad Thai.

1.  When should I RSVP?

Kindly respond by February 1, 2026 <a href="https://www.theknot.com/us/jordan-miller-and-camille-deseo-cruz-feb-2026/rsvp" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">here</a>.

2. What is "Creative Black-Tie"?

We ask that you wear a tuxedo or dark suit and tie. Midi-length cocktail dresses, floor-length evening gowns, and jumpsuits are also appropriate.

Feel free to add creative touches that show off your personality. We welcome individuality and the avant-garde! Draw inspiration from designers like Schiaparelli, McQueen, Robert Wun, and Guo Pei.

In addition, black attire with silver and/or gold accents is encouraged but not mandatory. Wear what makes you happy, and have fun with it.

Please note, most of the venue is evenly paved, but as you exit the car park there is a short span of uneven, gravel pathway. We advise selecting appropriate footwear with this in mind. At this time of year, the museum can get quite chilly, please consider bringing a coat or shawl.

To enter, walk from the car park to the north ticket booth. Then, from the ticket booth, make a right and cross the bridge. Enter and walk through the gift shop to arrive at the Grand Foyer.

4. Is parking available near the venue?

5. What time should I arrive?

Guest arrival is from 6:30 pm to 7 pm.

Please keep in mind that our wedding venue is right outside downtown Los Angeles. Allow yourself a healthy cushion of time in case of LA traffic. Please note, there is a Lakers game scheduled same day and time at the Crypto Arena.

Yes. It will take place in the museum's Grand Foyer in front of their iconic Dueling Dinosaurs.

8. What is Social Hour?

Our celebration will be quite low-key, much like its hosts. In lieu of a formal sit-down dinner, please join us for tray-passed hors d'oeuvres to enjoy after the ceremony.

9. What should I expect during family photos?

After the ceremony, please kindly stay close by while we quickly take these group photos with the newlyweds:

10. Can I take photos?

Absolutely! We would love for you to capture the memories of the day. However, please refrain from photos or video during the ceremony itself.

We will have a professional photographer/videographer and will share photos once they are made available to us.

11. Can I explore other parts of the museum?

Unfortunately, no. The rest of the museum exhibits will be closed as it is after business hours.

12. Are plus-ones allowed?

We can't accommodate plus-ones beyond those named on your invitation. We hope you understand our decision.
